Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Domestic (Thailand): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Please note these are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become active.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 15 business days, please contact us at [your email] and we will investigate with the carrier.

  • Damaged on arrival: Please take photos of the packaging and item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be shipped to specific destinations due to carrier limitations or local regulations. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
